Scantrol and Nordkontakt have strengthened their cooperation in the fisheries industry by signing an agreement that enables them to deliver total solutions for controlling electric and hydraulic winches. Scantrol's technology is a perfect match for Nordkontakt's expertise in designing standardized solutions for winch control.

The parties recently launched a standardized upgrade for the Pentagon Autotrawl. Together, the companies will offer programming, support, and spare parts, so customers can be confident in the continuous delivery of the solution in the future.

The solution is designed for electric and hydraulic trawl winches and is a cost-effective and sustainable solution with a high degree of reuse of existing control panels and control cabinets.

As part of the cooperation, Scantrol has established a branch office in Nordkontakt's premises in Bodø.

Unique combination of experience, innovation, and expertise provides a first-class product and service.

"Nordkontakt has for decades been a key supplier of control systems, frequency converter cabinets, and control panels for Rapp-MacGregor winch solutions," says Tom Erlend Kristiansen, CEO of Nordkontakt. "We look forward to complementing our solutions with Scantrol products as well."
